the theory and empirically supported benefits of self-compassion
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is necessary to attend MSC. This program is designed for anyone who wishes to integrate and cultivate greater self-compassion into their lives and/or work.
This program is also for professionals who wish to begin integrating mindful self-compassion core skills and principles into their work or as the first step in pursuing further teacher training in MSC as this group fulfills the prerequisite for becoming an MSC teacher. Meditation experience is not required.
Fee: $775 (HST and digital materials included)
If you are interested in using insurance to cover cost of this program:
1) Please contact your insurance provider to determine whether therapeutic group sessions offered by a Registered Psychologist are covered.
2) If your plan covers group therapy, please contact admin@breathemindfulness.com or (902) 499-0089 to arrage direct billing to your insurance before you buy a ticket online.
3) If you have VAC coverage, please contact us or speak with Cheryl about using your insurance to use towards the program.
