Phase III Recovery
Phase three of trauma recovery, often called Reconnection and Integration, is a movement toward creating a new life identity that is no longer dominated by the trauma. To expand healing beyond individual sessions and integrate the work done in therapy, the focus shifts to intentionally incorporating fun, community, and learning new things into daily life.
