Location: Our Celtic Hearth, Grand Pre, NS. 2367 Ridge Rd, Wolfville, NS B4P 2R3. Meeting in the Upper Studio.
Transportation: Option to meet at Deep Dive at 6:30pm to car pool to Grand Pre. Otherwise, please meet us on site. Please let Cheryl know if you would like to car pool ASAP (6 spaces max).

Six - 1-hour Tai Chi classes with Declan
Six - 30-minute Sangha sessions with Cheryl after Tai Chi
Tai Chi is rooted in Chinese Daoism (focusing on the flow of Qi or life energy) and the Sangha is rooted in Indian Buddhism (Sangha is the Sanskrit word meaning “group"). A Sangha is built on the idea that practicing together provides mutual support and magnifies the focus of the group.
This activity is a non-clinical service and is not covered by health private insurance.
Refunds will not be issued for missed classes.
Registration is required as space is limited.
