Whether you are navigating a hectic season or simply craving a deeper connection to your self, this mini-retreat offers the time and space your soul has been asking for. No prior experience is required—just an open heart and a desire for quiet.
Yin Yoga: Slow, long-held postures to release deep physical tension and quiet the nervous system.
Self-Compassion Practices: Guided, nurturing exercises designed to help you extend the same warmth, patience, and understanding to yourself that you would naturally offer a dear friend.
Journaling & Integration time.
Facilitated by: Cheryl Oxford, Registered Psychologist & Yoga Teacher.
Location: Our Celtic Hearth, Upper Studio - 2367 Ridge Rd, Wolfville, NS. Studio is located on the top floor of the large red building. Parking available on site and across the street.
When: Saturday July 25th, 2026.
Time: 9:00AM - 12:30PM. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
Cost: $125.00 tax incl.
Preparation: Wear light comfortable clothes, bring a journal, water, snack, & yoga mat. There are extra mats, blankets, & pillows available.
