This 2-hour somatic movement workshop invites you to get out of your head and tap into your body's intelligence. Class begins with guided floor work and moves into Authentic Movement, witnessing, and sharing. This workshop is facilitated by Tammy MacLeod and is offered for free to celebrate Mental Health Week May 4-9th, 2026!
When: Saturday May 9th, 2026
Time: 2:00-4:00PM.
Location: Deep Dive Trauma & Recovery, Coldbrook, NS
Preparation: Wear light, comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, journal, & water. No dance experience required. All bodies are welcome.
Cost: REE! Frist come, first serve. Limited spots available. This activity is subsidized by Deep Dive Trauma & Recovery.

Cancellation Policy:
Less than 24 hours notice: Full activity fee is charged.
24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of the activity fee is charged.
More than 48 hours notice: No fee will be charged.
These charges will apply regardless for the reason for the cancellation.
